Represented a corporation in a high-stakes breach of contract dispute involving a multimillion-dollar supply agreement, successfully negotiating a favorable settlement before trial.

Defended a tech company in a patent infringement lawsuit, protecting the client's intellectual property rights and securing a favorable verdict after a complex trial.

Represented a major employer in a wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit, achieving a dismissal of the case on summary judgment.

Advised and represented a company during a shareholder dispute, leading to a successful resolution preserving the company's business operations and shareholder relationships.

Representing a meat and poultry producer in a tax dispute with the national tax authority, challenging the assessment of substantial back taxes and penalties, ultimately reducing the client’s liability.
