A multinational utility active in the electricity supply and distribution sector in connection with the merger of its operations and subsidiaries as part of a plan to boost value creation and economies of scale.
EXIMPROD Group with respect to the sale of several companies active in the renewable electricity production sector, in a project totaling 400 MW.
A top Maltese group in relation to the acquisition of a business centre located in northern Bucharest, having as tenant the largest private hospital in Romania.
One of the top electrical services and engineering players in the negotiation and execution of a comprehensive FIDIC type Construction Agreement for the development and construction of the grid connection of the Studina PV Plant.
A FMCG and cosmetics distributor in Central and Eastern Europe, in relation to the buyout of the minority stake in its Romanian subsidiary.
