She provides legal guidance on national and European regulations, helping both local and international clients ensure compliance. 

Denisa combines her knowledge of financial regulation with a practical approach to transactional matters. 

She also has experience in real estate financing and due diligence for a variety of property types, including agricultural land, logistics facilities, historical buildings, and industrial properties and supports developers with construction contracts, planning, and regulatory compliance.

Assisted one of the largest EU based banks in providing cross-border financial services for Romanian citizens, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and local law.

Advised leading fashion and automotive international brands on consumer protection issues, with a particular focus on e-commerce regulations, digital consumer rights, and cross-border online sales compliance.

Provided ongoing legal counsel on banking regulations, including payment services and KYC/AML compliance for financial institutions in Romania.

Advised clients on real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, development, lease agreements, and due diligence reports.

Supported real estate developers through all stages of project development, including construction contracts, permitting, and ensuring compliance with fire safety and other regulatory requirements.
