Prof. Dr. Petrut Ciobanu, one of the most reputed Criminal Law and White Collar crime attorneys in Romania is a Law Professor and the Chairman of the Criminal Forensic department of the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University. 

With over 27 years of experience in the criminal field, Mr. Ciobanu has constantly represented clients from all business sectors, both in preemptive and in investigative and court proceedings in relation to  allegations of tax evasion, money laundering and other corporate criminal offenses, as well as  in offenses related to EU funds. 

Mr. Ciobanu also acts as a standing member of the Bucharest Attorneys Bar Council and is a frequent lecturer and an established author on matters pertaining to white collar crime, business compliance & ethics and general criminal justice.
