Assisting Romgaz in relation to the development of  a major offshore gas production project in the Black Sea.

Advising one of the largest developers of renewable energy in structuring, negotiating and successfully closing a complex EPC agreement, FIDIC type.

Advising a leading renewable energy developer from Greece in connection with the acquisition of an approx. 100 MW ready to build wind project.

Assisting a mining company holding the production license for the largest clay quarry in Europe in relation to all matters pertaining to its activity, including regulatory and permitting issues, as well as the securing of surface rights.

Advising an international utility in connection with the acquisition of a ready-to-build photovoltaic project from a major local developer.

Advising a global diversified holding business group in the context of its market entry into Romania as an EPC contractor.
