Radu Chiran is a seasoned litigator, having successfully acted in a wide variety of civil, commercial, administrative and tax litigation cases handled for top-notch local and international companies in various sectors.

He heads the firm's Dispute Resolution practices and has a deep expertise in handling high-stakes, complex and business-critical cases. Radu also specializes in domestic &  international arbitration proceedings under ICC and UNCITRAL rules.

By combining his legal specialization with a dual background in business administration, Radu is  well versed in designing and implementing different tactics, always aiming for the most effective and pragmatic approach for the clients he represents. Radu gained extensive experience representing financial institutions, multinational corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, and public and private capital companies before all courts across the country and before the European courts.
